We are committed to protecting our customer’s privacy. The Loft will never distribute any personal information to third parties under any circumstance, including those who subscribe to our mailing list. The information we collect is used solely to process your order and stay in touch with you.

Joining The Loft mailing list is optional, although recommended. It will allow us to keep you up to date with the latest info including what’s new in store.

If you have signed up to our mailing list and would like to unsubscribe simply email us with unsubscribe in the subject area, and you will be removed immediately.

AVAILABILITY

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. We have a physical store which shares the stock inventory so if an item in our physical store is purchased and sold the same time an order for the item online is processed then the online item will not be available.

In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible and do our best to fulfil the order, cancel the order or help in any other way we can.

Some products are only available to customers in New Zealand due to shipping restrictions. This will be specified in the description of the product page.
